Personal Brand Scope · Prepared for

Danielle
Carpenter

First American Title · Portland, Oregon

People do business with people, not logos. This builds the brand around you, on your own profile, so realtors get to know the person behind the desk. You bring the personality and a few micro moments a week. Buck and the Qinary team bring the strategy, the system, the coaching and the publishing.

Monthly partnership

Strategy Included

$1,297/month

Two social platforms, your brand strategy, day to day coaching with Buck and publishing. A three month minimum, then month to month.

01 / What's included

Four pieces, itemized.

The goal is simple: get the real you in front of the realtors you want to work with, consistently, without it taking over your week. A system does the heavy lifting, so you never have to manage your content from start to finish on your own.

01
Strategy · first month

Your Brand Strategy

Who you are online and who it is for, written down once, so there is never a question about what to post or what to say.

  • Your brand house: who you are, what makes you different and the attributes people should know you for
  • Your target audience and persona: the realtors you want to attract and what they care about
  • Your cadence: a full report on how much to share about work and how much about your life, so it feels like you
  • Your content pillars, drawn from your brand and your audience
  • All of it written into a document you keep, reviewed together in your strategy session
02
Every day

Day to Day Coaching

Buck in your corner, every day, in a private Slack channel.

  • A private Slack channel with Buck and the team, and help getting it set up on your phone
  • Buck watches your content and coaches you on it: impact, value and a clear call to action
  • The first 30 days are about getting it out and building the habit
  • From there, quality over quantity: Buck helps you sharpen how you tell each story
  • Ideas and prompts built from your strategy, so filming takes minutes
03
Every week

Publishing

You film it on your phone. We finish it and post it.

  • Editing on what you send: cuts, sound, captions and on-screen text
  • Captions and hooks written in your voice
  • Posting times, hashtags and scheduling handled for you
  • A calendar you can see, so you can hold or pull anything before it goes out
  • Video first, built around your life and your work in the mix your cadence calls for
04
Two platforms

Two Social Platforms

Your personal profiles, where your equity is.

  • Two social platforms, chosen together in your strategy session
  • Built on your personal profiles, not the office account, because people follow people
  • Profile clean up on both, so the first impression matches the brand
  • A read of what is working each month, and what to do more of
02 / How it runs

Strategy first, then momentum.

The strategy session comes first because everything else sits on it. After that it is about consistency, then craft.

Week 01
Kickoff

Your strategy session

Time with Buck on who you are, who you want to attract and how much of your life to share. Your Slack channel goes on your phone the same week.

Days 01 to 30
Just go

Build the muscle

You start sending video, we start posting, and Buck coaches you in Slack along the way. The goal is momentum, not perfection.

Months 02 to 03
Craft

Quality over quantity

With the habit in place, Buck helps you sharpen how you tell each story, and the numbers start to shape what comes next.

Month 04 on
Month to month

Keep it going

After the first three months it runs month to month. Most of our partners stay because it works.

03 / Who does what

You be you. We do the rest.

The one thing we cannot do is be you. About two hours a week, in small pieces, is all it takes.

Your side

The personality
  • Your strategy session with Buck
  • About two hours a week, in micro moments: 20 minutes here, 10 minutes there
  • Video from your phone: tell a story, skip the photo
  • Checking in on Slack when Buck has notes

You never have to edit a clip or schedule a post.

Our side

The system
  • Your brand strategy, persona, audience and cadence
  • Day to day coaching from Buck in Slack
  • Every edit, caption and schedule
  • Publishing on your two platforms
  • A monthly read of what is working

Your accounts, your content and your brand stay in your name the whole way through.

04 / Investment
